Seven Flags Battery Storage is a project being developed by Spearmint Energy ("Spearmint"), an integrated energy infrastructure platform focused on developing, owning, operating, and optimizing battery energy storage systems ("BESS") to reduce grid volatility, provide system stability for new large loads, and increase system resiliency. Headquartered in Florida with an additional office in Minnesota, Spearmint currently operates 350 MW/ 700 MWh across three projects with an additional 300 MW / 600 MWh under construction and has projects under development throughout the United States.
